San Andreas Police Department
SAPD is an official law group on the CIT server. Officers patrol across the map, conduct training sessions, and submit a report after each session. Promotions, vacations, unit numbers, and blacklists are also managed here, with all records kept public.
Patrols & Trainings
Patrols and training sessions can only be hosted by SAPD members. They are open to all SAPD members as well as members of other law enforcement groups. After the patrol or training ends, the host must create a numbered report listing everyone who participated and their performance. These reports may later be reviewed by the promotion board when considering members for promotion.

Police Unit Numbers
Every member is assigned a unique Police Unit Number. It shows up in the in-game nametag, RNK-Nick|XX[SAPD], and it is how an officer gets identified on the radio and in movement orders. You can only change your number once every two weeks.

Recruit and Staff Sergeant Tests
Trials sit the RCT test: police codes, English, general intelligence questions, then a driving and navigation run. Sergeants sit the SST test, which covers advanced navigation, shooting, flying and roleplay. Trainers record attendance and results for every candidate, so a member's profile carries their whole testing history.

Blacklists
The blacklist is public. Anyone on it can appeal, and every appeal gets a written decision that stays on record.

Joining the department
Recruitment is open. Anyone with a CIT account can apply and you do not need to know a member first. Applications are checked against the requirements in force that week, and are turned down outright if you are blacklisted, or banned or muted on the forum.
The application asks for your account details, links to your stats, punishlog and MyHistory pages, and written answers on corruption, backup and a scenario. Write the answers yourself; copied applications are denied.
